Brush pick up begins in May.
Brush may be placed on the parkways from the 1st through the 7th ONLY of each of the months of May through October. The brush will be picked up by the City starting as soon as possible on or after the 8th day.
The City trucks will make only one pass along each street.
Brush is defined as cut or broken branches from bushes and trees, not exceeding four feet (4') in length and not exceeding twelve inches (12") in diameter.
Violations of this ordinance are subject to fines not less than $50.00 nor more than $100.00 plus all applicable court costs.
