Resolution #2026- Approve a resolution authorizing the execution of a resolution for improvement under the Illinois Highway Code, appropriating one hundred ninety-seven thousand, seven hundred five dollars and no cents ($197,705.00) of Motor Fuel Tax Funds, and approving and authorizing the execution of a local public agency engineering services agreement by and between the City of Plano and HR Green, Inc. in an amount not to exceed one hundred ninety-seven thousand, seven hundred five dollars and no cents ($197,705.00) for Creek Road Bridge improvements Phase II
