1. Repaving of streets around Lakewood subdivision..

   I moved into Plano Lakewood south 15 years ago in 2005. I have NEVER seen the streets tarred since the initial asphalt paving upon moving in. Also, the red sidewalk edges and meet up to the streets...

   I moved into Plano Lakewood south 15 years ago in 2005. I have NEVER seen the streets tarred since the initial asphalt paving upon moving in. Also, the red sidewalk edges and meet up to the streets are deteriorating. My suggestions... 1. Re-tar or repave all the streets 2. Clean up the red sidewalk edges that meet the streets 3. Better street lighting throughout the neighborhoods to enhance safety using LED lighting.

2. Newer apartments to rent

   We should get a building of new condos or apartments for rent.
